About the Role

We are seeking an experienced D365 Developer to lead the enhancement, development, and support of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality CRM solutions, providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, and driving continuous improvements to system functionality and user experience.

Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will contribute to solution design, development, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of Dynamics 365 CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customise, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Lead technical delivery across CRM enhancement and implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain front-end customisations using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Build and support .NET C# plugins, integrations, and custom workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders and project teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure development activities align with SDLC, testing standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CRM analysis, development, and solution delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency in:
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
  • .NET C#
  • Dynamics 365 SDK
  • XrmToolBox
  • Visual Studio
  • Git
• Experience delivering CRM enhancements, integrations, and technical support.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to analyse complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications highly regarded.
