Our Client, once of Australia's largest Government Departments is currently seeking a dedicated Microsoft Dynamics and PowerApps Functional Analyst for an initial 12 Month Contract with WFH Flex and Market Rates on Offer !

THE ROLE

In this role, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Enterprise Business Platform (EBP) team. This position is responsible for understanding business processes, gathering and analysing requirements, and ensuring that solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem align with organisational objectives.

KEY SKILLS

• Business Analysis Expertise: Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements, process mapping, and creating functional specifications.
• Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including an understanding of capabilities, constraints, and best practices.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a Functional Analyst or similar role, preferably within an enterprise IT environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance considerations within enterprise platforms is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
