🚀 Data Analyst / Data Architect (North Perth)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Data Architect to join a high-impact digital transformation program within a government environment. This is an opportunity to contribute to a flagship initiative delivering a generational shift in how regulatory services are designed and delivered across Western Australia. You will play a key role in shaping data foundations, enabling better decision-making, and supporting successful business outcomes.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate data discovery workshops with business stakeholders
  • Develop conceptual and logical data models
  • Build and maintain data catalogues and business glossaries
  • Contribute to data architecture and co-design activities
  • Support data migration planning and execution
  • Work across data lake and analytics initiatives
  • Act as a data change agent, supporting business adoption
  • Ensure data and reporting requirements are clearly defined and aligned to business needs

About You

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Architect
  • Strong background working in Agile delivery environments
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Data modelling (conceptual and logical)
    • Data migration projects
    • Data governance (catalogues, business glossary)
  • Exposure to data lakes and analytics platforms
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (highly desirable)
  • Ability to support change management and drive business transformation
