About the Role:
In this role, you will be contributing to data analysis and management activities related to the Student Management ecosystem. You'll play a vital part in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability across integrated systems. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, possess strong communication skills, and collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with large volumes of data to assess and improve data quality
- Perform detailed data analysis and develop insights for reporting and decision-making
- Engage with business users to refine requirements and design practical data solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT and business units
- Support CRM-related data management, particularly platforms such as Oracle Service or Sales Cloud
- Manage time effectively while working independently in a dynamic environment
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in data quality analysis, reporting, and data migration
- Proven experience in complex IT ecosystems with integrated CRM platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work productively in cross-functional teams
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the higher education sector
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle or MS SQL Server)
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience in a large organisation
