Data Migration Specialist

Must be an Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)
We’re seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to lead end-to-end migration activities across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver full lifecycle data migration (extract, transform, validate, load)

Define data mapping and transformation rules
-
Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
-
Support testing (unit, system, UAT) and cutover activities
-
Manage migration risks, issues, and documentation
About You:
-
Proven data migration/integration project experience
-
Strong SQL skills
-
Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS, Talend, Azure Data Factory)

Exposure to ERP/CRM or enterprise system implementations
-
Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
