Desktop Engineer – 2 months Contract | On-site, Perth location
We’re seeking an experienced Desktop Engineer to provide onsite and remote support for staff over an 8-week contract. You’ll be helping users with their computers, applications, and devices while ensuring a smooth IT experience.
What you’ll do:

Support Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, and tablets.

Troubleshoot Office 365, Adobe, and enterprise apps.

Manage accounts in Azure Active Directory.

Assist with printers, POS systems, and other peripherals.

Provide walk-up and remote support with a customer-first approach.
What you’ll bring:
-
2+ years’ IT support experience in a corporate setting.

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software.
-
Great communication and problem-solving skills.
-
ITIL/technical certifications (desirable).
