Desktop Engineer – 2 months Contract | On-site, Perth location

We’re seeking an experienced Desktop Engineer to provide onsite and remote support for staff over an 8-week contract. You’ll be helping users with their computers, applications, and devices while ensuring a smooth IT experience.

What you’ll do:

• Support Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, and tablets.

• Troubleshoot Office 365, Adobe, and enterprise apps.

• Manage accounts in Azure Active Directory.

• Assist with printers, POS systems, and other peripherals.

• Provide walk-up and remote support with a customer-first approach.

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ IT support experience in a corporate setting.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software.

• Great communication and problem-solving skills.

• ITIL/technical certifications (desirable).
