About the Role
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Capability Lead
to drive DevOps capability uplift within a client environment. This role focuses on enabling business agility, promoting DevOps best practices, and mentoring stakeholders in the effective use of Azure DevOps. You will play a key role in fostering a CI/CD culture while supporting change adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of DevOps practices across the business.
- Train and coach client business teams on the effective use of Azure DevOps.
- Promote and embed CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) practices.
- Support organisational change by driving DevOps capability and adoption.
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to improve collaboration and delivery outcomes.
- Champion business agility and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Intermediate to Senior-level experience in DevOps or related delivery roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated experience in Business Agility and agile ways of working.
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or knowledge transfer to business and technical teams.
- Strong Change Management skills with the ability to drive user adoption.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passion for promoting DevOps best practices and a strong CI/CD culture.
Mandatory Requirements
- Current Baseline Security Clearance.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Canberra.
