DIGITAL ADOPTION LEAD – MICROSOFT CoPilot
Paxus is currently partnering with a large Queensland Government organisation on an exciting newly created opportunity for a Digital Adoption Lead to drive the organisation wide rollout of Microsoft CoPilot and AI enabled productivity tools.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in one of the first major AI initiatives being implemented across the organisation, shaping how artificial intelligence is embedded into everyday business operations and workforce capability.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Digital Adoption Lead, you will be responsible for leading the enterprise adoption and implementation of Microsoft CoPilot across the organisation.
You will work closely with senior leaders, ICT teams and business stakeholders to drive the successful rollout of AI technologies while embedding sustainable change, capability uplift and modern ways of working.
This role combines technology leadership, digital adoption and stakeholder engagement, requiring someone comfortable operating at an organisational level.
The role will initially sit within the digital portfolio and work closely with an existing program lead, with the expectation that this capability will evolve into a stand alone function over time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the enterprise rollout and adoption of Microsoft CoPilot across the organisation
- Develop digital adoption strategies, frameworks and implementation roadmaps
- Drive organisation wide capability uplift and AI enabled ways of working
- Influence and partner with senior executives and key stakeholders across the business
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting and value realisation metrics
- Ensure sustainable behavioural change and adoption across the workforce
- Support the development of a dedicated capability area as AI adoption grows
CoPilot IMPLEMENTATION ROADMAP
This role will lead a multi stage rollout of CoPilot capabilities across the organisation including:
- Enterprise rollout of Microsoft CoPilot
- Implementation of Premium CoPilot capabilities
- Personal productivity CoPilot including creation of agents and automation
- Development of Microsoft native AI agents and internal AI capabilities
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for someone who brings strong experience in digital adoption, organisational change and enterprise technology implementation, ideally within complex or government environments.
You will demonstrate:
- Experience leading large scale digital or organisational change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive influencing capability
- Experience driving adoption of new technologies or digital platforms
- Ability to operate autonomously and lead initiatives at an organisational level
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
