Digital Business Analyst
📍 Hybrid – Franklin Street / Export Park Office
⏳ 6-Month Contract (Likely to Extend)

We’re seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support digital platform and application projects. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating with development teams to ensure delivery of user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, document, and translate business needs into system and integration requirements.

• Conduct data analysis and develop reports to guide decisions.

• Support system testing, validation, and user acceptance.

• Maintain detailed process and system documentation.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or digital environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile and SDLC principles.

• Proficiency in data analysis; SQL, Python, or Power BI skills are an advantage.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.

• Background in the mining industry is a plus.
