DIGITAL SENIOR EXECUTIVE

This is not just another digital role. As part of a fast-growing independent agency, you will be trusted with more than just campaign execution. You will have direct exposure to clients, the freedom to shape campaigns across multiple platforms, and the opportunity to mentor junior team members. This role is ideal for someone who has outgrown the Executive level and is ready to step up into a position that combines planning, implementation, and client engagement.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Buying, implementing, and optimising campaigns across a wide range of channels including Programmatic, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google, and direct media partnerships.
- Building relationships with clients, presenting results with confidence, and becoming a trusted point of contact.
- Negotiating with media partners to secure the best possible outcomes for campaigns.
- Mentoring and supporting Media Coordinators to build their skills and confidence.
- Working across a diverse mix of industries, ensuring every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with Media Managers and the wider digital team to deliver innovative and effective campaign strategies.
