Document Processing Specialist

Initial 6-Week Contract
We are seeking several detail-oriented Document Processing Specialists to support a short-term project in Adelaide. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organised, fast and accurate with document handling, and confident using Microsoft Word.
Key Responsibilities

Process and prepare documents to required standards.

Cut, paste, and apply template styles and formatting in MS Word.

Scan files and perform data entry tasks.

Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Maintain strong attention to detail across high-volume documentation.
Skills & Experience Required

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word(formatting, styles, document layout).

Experience in document processing, administration, or data entry.
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-
Ability to follow templates and instructions precisely.

Reliable, efficient, and able to meet short-term project deadlines.
