Senior DocuSign CLM Developer

Location: Melbourne
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 50% office
Contract: 6 months Contract - likely to extend

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DocuSign CLM Developer with strong hands-on experience in DocuSign CLM and Salesforce integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience developing CLM solutions, automating contract workflows and integrating DocuSign with Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure DocuSign CLM solutions, including contract generation, automated workflows, attributes and Smart Rules.
• Integrate DocuSign with Salesforce using REST APIs and/or the DocuSign Managed Package.
• Develop and modify Salesforce Apex classes, Triggers and Flows where required.
• Manage the DocuSign envelope lifecycle and troubleshoot API/integration issues.
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria using Jira and Confluence.
• Work collaboratively within Agile delivery teams.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with DocuSign CLM.
• Experience with DocuSign and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Triggers and Flows.
• Good understanding of OAuth 2.0 authentication, REST APIs and API error handling.
• Experience with contract generation, workflows, attributes and Smart Rules.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Previous experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Senior-level DocuSign CLM developers with strong Salesforce integration experience are encouraged to apply.
