We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join a critical public safety digital transformation project . This 12-month contract role focuses on the design, development, and expansion of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
As a technical lead in this space, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and scalable technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure CRM components .
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and build tailored solutions and connectors using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse .
- Develop custom plugins, PCF controls (code components), and complex workflows using C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript .
- Customize Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, dashboards, and Business Process Flows .
- Lead data mapping and transformation activities to migrate information from legacy systems into the new environment .
- Work alongside architects, security experts, and analysts to produce comprehensive technical documentation and ensure alignment with governance standards .

Conduct unit testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) while managing solution packaging through CI/CD pipelines .
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 5 years in software development with at least 3 years specifically focused on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform .
- Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, Microsoft Power FX, Liquid Templates, and JavaScript/TypeScript .
- Proven experience with SDLC practices, including version control (Git), Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines .
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business logic into functional technical requirements .
- Ability to work effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment, both autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or AZ-204 .
- Knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, AI Builder) to enhance development productivity
- Familiarity with Entra ID and SQL Server .
