DYNAMICS 365 SOLUTION ARCHITECT
We are currently seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join a large scale digital transformation program delivering enterprise CRM and case management solutions within a complex environment. This role will play a key part in shaping and implementing Dynamics 365 application lifecycle management across multiple environments.
THE ROLE
As the Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, you will provide technical leadership across architecture, solution design, governance, deployment, and integration activities within a major transformation program. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners to ensure scalable and secure solutions are successfully delivered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Dynamics 365 solution architecture and application lifecycle management activities
- Develop solution designs addressing functional, non functional, security, and support requirements
- Work closely with business SMEs to define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support architecture governance and assurance processes
- Collaborate with development teams and system integrators to ensure successful delivery outcomes
- Produce solution documentation and support transition into BAU operations
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- You will bring strong hands on experience across Dynamics 365 solution architecture and enterprise delivery environments, with demonstrated capability across:
- Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions
- Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Plug-Ins, and Cloud Flows
- Dynamics 365 security models and application lifecycle management
- Azure DevOps source control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
- Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and integrations
- Solution architecture, governance, and stakeholder engagement
- Information security and privacy practices
- Agile and large scale program delivery environments
HIGHLY REGARDED
- Experience working across multiple concurrent projects/programs
- Client or case management systems experience
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service module expertise
- Azure integration and data migration experience
- SQL Server and non-relational database experience
- SAFE/agile delivery experience
