About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Developer to design, develop and maintain enterprise applications, integrations and reporting solutions. You will play a key role in customising Dynamics 365, building cloud-based integrations and delivering scalable, reliable technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

Working across the Microsoft ecosystem, you will contribute to solution design, development best practices and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and .NET.

• Build and customise Model-Driven Apps to support business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using modern integration patterns.

• Create and manage Azure components, including Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory pipelines.

• Develop custom Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows and web resources.

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable and maintainable.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Contribute to solution architecture, technical documentation, coding standards and knowledge sharing.

About You

You are a hands-on technical developer with strong Dynamics 365 expertise, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical, high-quality solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• At least 4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 technical development or a similar role.

• Demonstrated experience developing enterprise applications using Dynamics 365 and .NET technologies.

• Strong skills in Model-Driven Apps and Dynamics 365 customisation.

• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows and web resources.

• Proven capability in integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory.

• Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations.

• A sound understanding of Dynamics 365 and Azure architecture.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Experience with enterprise systems, cloud-based integrations and broader Microsoft Power Platform technologies will be highly regarded.
