We’re seeking an experienced EBP Delivery Manager for our client to lead the successful delivery of enterprise solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse and Dynamics 365.

Location: Brisbane CBD | Contract: Until 30 June 2028| Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of work packages from initiation through go-live and support.
  • Own delivery roadmaps, scope, timelines, dependencies, resources and budgets.
  • Manage risks, issues and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Drive Agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban, including sprint and release planning.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, QA and enterprise delivery standards are met.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Architects, Release Managers and Services teams.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, status reporting, demos and delivery communications.
  • Monitor delivery metrics including velocity, burn-downs and KPIs.
  • Coordinate internal, offshore and external vendor teams.
  • Support change management, training, business readiness and adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and team collaboration.

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in ICT delivery or project management, preferably within a Microsoft technology environment.
  • Proven experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform or equivalent enterprise platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages and Dynamics 365.
  • Strong experience managing scope, timelines, budgets and resources for medium-to-large work packages.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong risk, issue and dependency management capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working within enterprise governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
