EBP SCRUM MASTER
We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Scrum Master to support delivery across multiple Agile squads within a large scale enterprise platform environment. This is a long term contract opportunity based in Brisbane CBD with flexible working arrangements.
THE ROLE
You will play a key role in enabling high performing, collaborative delivery across multiple squads and projects. Acting as a servant leader, you will foster continuous improvement, transparency and accountability while ensuring predictable, high quality delivery outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple squads
- Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners and stakeholders
- Remove impediments and improve delivery flow
- Support sprint planning and aligned delivery outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement using metrics and retrospectives
- Ensure transparency of progress, risks and issues
- Work closely with Delivery Managers and platform stakeholders
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple squads
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Experience within large enterprise or government environments will be highly regarded.
