Join Our Client as a Corporate Reporting & Insights Specialist
Are you a data-savvy professional with a talent for transforming complex information into clear, compelling insights? Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Reporting & Insights Specialist to support executive, Board, and regulatory reporting within a large, complex, and regulated organisation. This critical role involves not only traditional corporate reporting responsibilities but also providing in-depth technology analytics related to assurance, governance, and systems data — contributing to strategic decision-making in a high-profile environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and produce key divisional and executive reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Analyse both qualitative and quantitative data, including technology-related metrics such as system performance, assurance, and governance indicators, to support reporting and strategic insights.
- Develop clear, concise narratives that communicate complex information effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Support the development and update of strategic documents like corporate plans and strategy maps.
- Engage with various stakeholders across technology, assurance, and operations teams to gather accurate data and insights.
- Ensure all reporting complies with relevant standards, regulatory obligations, and organisational policies.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in corporate, executive, or committee reporting roles, with a strong ability to develop dashboards and visual data presentations.
- Expertise in analysing data and translating it into clear, engaging narratives suitable for an executive audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Experience working within large, complex, or regulated environments.
- Confidence in engaging with senior leaders and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience with technology performance metrics, assurance processes, governance data, or risk reporting is highly desirable.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Exposure to safety-critical sectors such as infrastructure, aviation, utilities, or government agencies.
- Experience working with technology governance, assurance, or systems engineering data.
- Advanced skills in reporting tools, dashboards, or data visualisation platforms.
Other Requirements:
- Flexible location with hybrid working arrangements in Canberra, Brisbane, or Melbourne.
- Ability to travel when necessary.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and adherence to organisational policies.
