ERP Business Readiness Lead

Join a major enterprise transformation program and play a pivotal role in preparing the business for the successful implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ERP Business Readiness Lead who enjoys working at the intersection of business process improvement, change management, stakeholder engagement, and operational transformation. You'll collaborate with business leaders, SMEs and project teams to ensure new processes, systems and ways of working are successfully adopted across a large and complex organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Lead business readiness activities for a large-scale ERP implementation.
- Review, redesign and document future-state business processes.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and organisational change initiatives.
- Develop process maps, operating procedures, work instructions and user guides.
- Design and deliver training materials and capability uplift activities.
- Support business process governance, continuous improvement and operational readiness.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to translate operational requirements into practical ERP-enabled solutions.
- Contribute to testing, business validation and successful implementation activities.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience supporting ERP, digital transformation or business improvement programs.
- Strong business process analysis, mapping and process improvement experience.
- Experience developing business documentation, SOPs, work instructions and training materials.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and change management experience.
- Strong facilitation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 process modelling.
- Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process modelling tools will be highly regarded.
- Experience working within asset-intensive, engineering, operations or maintenance environments is advantageous.
