ERP CHANGE ANALYST - NORTH BRISBANE, QLD
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced ERP Change Analyst to support a large scale enterprise transformation program. You'll play a key role in assessing change impacts, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of new ERP systems and business processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative project team delivering meaningful organisational change.
WHATS ON OFFER
- Contract until 31 December 2026 + Possible Extensions
- 37 hour working week
- Opportunity to contribute to a major enterprise transformation program
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct change impact assessments across people, process, and technology
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business impacts and support successful change adoption
- Facilitate workshops and capture change requirements and readiness activities
- Support the development of communications, training materials, and change plans
- Monitor change risks, adoption, and business readiness throughout project delivery
- Work closely with project teams to embed sustainable business change
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise change programs
- Organisational change, change analysis, or business analysis
- Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Developing change impacts, communications, and training activities
- Applying structured change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar
