Are you a strategic SAP leader ready to shape the future of People Services systems for one of Queensland’s largest organisations? We’re seeking an experienced ERP Principal Specialist – People Services to drive functional strategy, innovation, and delivery across Payroll, Human Resources, and Environment Health & Safety (EH&S) platforms.
This pivotal role provides strategic leadership, solution assurance, and business partnership across the organisation’s People Services function, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors, S/4 Payroll, ECC6 HR, and Payroll systems.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Significant experience in SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, and S/4 HANA environments, with expertise in functional consulting and/or SAP solution architecture.

Proven success leading SAP functional teams, implementing frameworks such as SAP Activate, and delivering large-scale projects in complex environments.

Deep functional knowledge of SAP HCM sub-modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, People Analytics/MSS, and SuccessFactors.

Expertise in Master Data Governance, including ownership, standards, quality, lifecycle management, security, and integration.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong business and vendor partnerships.
