ERP SAP S/4HANA BUSINESS ANALYST - FINANCE
We are re-releasing this opportunity to market, with a refreshed focus. Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong finance knowledge to play a key role in a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
This role is business-focussed and will require someone who thrives in a changing environment, can work with some ambiguity, and is confident engaging stakeholders to shape outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and define finance system requirements.
- Analyse, document, and streamline business processes with a focus on efficiency and automation.
- Work with technical teams on data migration, integration, and testing activities.
- Facilitate workshops, impact analysis, and support business readiness activities.
- Promote adoption of standard SAP processes across finance functions.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Extensive Business Analyst experience, ideally on large, complex ERP or transformation programs.
- Solid understanding of finance processes (GL, actuals, planning, budgeting).
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide diverse groups.
- Comfortable working in evolving landscapes with changing priorities.
- Strong documentation, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BPC is desirable
