FULL STACK DEVELOPER - AZURE B2C SPECIALIST
An experienced Full Stack Developer specialising in Azure AD B2C is required to design, build, and operate complex authentication and identity journeys for a major digital identity platform. This role focusses on extending enterprise-wide identity management capabilities, integrating secure sign-on, organisational onboarding, and delegated access processes for large scale applications.
You’ll join an Agile team responsible for delivering secure, compliant, and observable solutions across the full development lifecycle using Microsoft Azure technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain Azure AD B2C custom policies for sign-in, sign-up, password reset, and identity linking.
- Implement RESTful integrations and claims enrichment for organisational contexts such as ABN and role delegation.
- Enable and monitor B2C and API management telemetry using Application Insights and custom KQL dashboards.
- Contribute to .NET and APIM integrations, ensuring resilience, caching, and consistent deployments across environments.
- Support security, compliance, and threat modelling activities including certificate and key rotation.
- Actively participate in Agile delivery and release management processes.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Hands on experience designing Azure AD B2C IEF orchestration steps, policies, and claims transforms.
- Strong understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, and troubleshooting authentication flows.
- Proven integration of B2C with .NET APIs and Azure API Management.
- Knowledge of the Trusted Digital Identity Framework (TDIF) and Australian government broker models (myID, ATO RAM).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD, environment configuration, and monitoring practices.
- Excellent debugging, documentation, and collaboration skills within large enterprise or government environments.
DESIRABLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
