FULL STACK DEVELOPER - FRONT END

An experienced Full Stack Developer with a front end focus is sought to deliver responsive, accessible, and secure web experiences within a large enterprise environment. You’ll work collaboratively with UX designers, backend engineers, and solution architects to deliver milestones for a major digital identity and access management platform.

This role is ideal for someone with strong React and TypeScript skills, who enjoys solving technical challenges and developing high-quality user interfaces that meet accessibility standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop front end components and pages using React and TypeScript, integrating with REST APIs.
• Implement secure authentication and authorisation flows, including sign-in, sign-up, and recovery journeys via Azure AD B2C.
• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA or equivalent) and usability standards are met through the design system.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes: unit, component, and end-to-end testing with Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.
• Collaborate on front end performance monitoring and telemetry (Application Insights).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration across design, architecture, and delivery teams.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience developing in React with TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of OAuth2/OIDC fundamentals and secure token handling in browser based applications.
• Experience integrating front end applications with REST APIs and using CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
• Familiarity with enterprise design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Solid Git workflow and agile development experience.
• Clear communication and problem solving skills within a collaborative environment.

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

• Experience integrating with Azure AD B2C (e.g., brokered sign-ins, delegated access).
• Familiarity with dashboarding and monitoring tools like Application Insights and KQL.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, or Power Pages.
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related IT discipline.
