Full Stack Developer
Adelaide | Contract (6–12 months)
Paxus is partnering with a government organisation on a large-scale digital transformation initiative.
We are seeking two experienced Full Stack Developers to support the delivery of critical systems that improve outcomes for the community.
About the Role
You will be working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to design, build, and enhance modern digital solutions. The role will focus on developing scalable applications, integrating systems, and supporting key project deliverables across the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks
- Build and integrate APIs and services across enterprise systems
- Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams
- Contribute to system design, architecture, and continuous improvement
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Ensure secure coding standards and best practices are followed
Core Skills & Experience
- Experience with Svelte or modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
- Strong experience in integration (MuleSoft or similar integration patterns)
- Solid SQL and database experience
- Experience working across the full SDLC
Desirable Skills
- Microsoft Azure and cloud-based development
- Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Jira and Agile delivery environments
- Power Platform experience
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices
- Knowledge of cyber security and secure coding
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft (Oracle)
- Exposure to release management / deployment processes
