As the Functional Analyst you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Enterprise Business Platform (EBP) team.

This position is responsible for understanding business processes, gathering and analysing requirements, and ensuring that solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem align with organisational objectives.

To secure this exciting contract opportunity you will need:

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements, process mapping, and creating functional specifications.
• Power Platform and Dynamics 365; Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including an understanding of capabilities, constraints, and best practices.
• Stakeholder Management; with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Must have demonstrated experience in a Functional Analyst or similar role, preferably within an enterprise IT environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies would be advantage.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance considerations within enterprise platforms is desirable.r
