About the Role
We’re currently seeking an experienced Technical Functional Lead based in Adelaide. This role requires a strong background in banking and finance.. You will be responsible for leading a small team of Business Analysts while driving end-to-end business analysis and system improvement initiatives across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 junior Business Analysts.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements.

Perform system configuration, data mapping, and ensure seamless integration between platforms.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of business outcomes.

Oversee project lifecycle activities from initiation through to implementation.
Key Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Functional Lead in the banking or mortgage industry.

Strong understanding of mortgage processing workflows and related systems.

Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or supervising BA teams.

Hands-on experience with system configuration and data mapping.
-
CBAP certification or strong knowledge of the end-to-end BA lifecycle.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
