Google Network Engineer

Location: Canberra or Melbourne
Security Clearance: NV1 required; NV2 preferred
Contract role: ASAP start

We are seeking a Google Network Engineer to validate the proposed Google Cloud networking solution, ensuring it meets clients architecture, security and connectivity standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Support validation of GCP connectivity designs.
• Assist with designing and planning cloud connectivity to and from GCP.
• Apply routing technologies such as BGP and BFD.
• Contribute to secure and compliant network designs.
• Implement connectivity solutions within GCP.
• Use standard network design principles and assist with direct connect solutions.
• Apply network automation experience across on-premise environments.

Essential Experience

• Experience in designing and planning modern cloud connectivity solutions.

Desirable Qualifications

• CCIE/CCNP
• JNCIP
• GCP Connectivity certification
