We are requiring am experienced Graphic Designer. This role is a joint position between the marketing team and a ‘heritage’ body of work. Both teams require a mid-to-senior level Graphic Designer (8+ years’ experience) who can balance high-end polished design with technical adaptability across print, digital, and templates.
The role requires someone who understands architecture or construction to handle infographics, including maps. Someone who can work independently, take a brief, and produce professional outputs while also being comfortable with both creative design and technical formatting in Word, PowerPoint, and content management systems.
Core Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in graphic design (print & digital)
- Proven ability to deliver polished, contemporary, high-end design
- Strong layout design skills for long-format publications (e.g., reports, booklets, annual publications)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential)
- Ability to create complicated infographics and maps (heritage locations)
- Comfortable creating digital assets (LinkedIn carousels, email graphics) with knowledge of best practices (e.g., white space for buttons, asset limitations)
- Experience with email marketing design (Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar) and understanding design limitations in EDMs
- Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint template development (headers, section breaks, page breaks, cover pages, logos)
- Experience with content management systems (Templafy or similar)
- Again, exposure to heritage, architecture, or construction terminology is highly desirable
Tools & Systems
- Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Microsoft Word & PowerPoint (advanced template editing)
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot), CMS platforms (Desirable)
- Canva alone is insufficient — must use Adobe for complex infographics.
