This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape and execute a national growth strategy within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The role will suit a commercially driven enterprise sales leader who thrives on acquisition, strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.
You will be responsible for building and leading a disciplined business development function, driving new institutional partnerships, strengthening executive-level engagement, and ensuring robust pipeline forecasting and performance accountability.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing a national business development strategy
• Securing new institutional partnerships across the tertiary sector
• Owning revenue growth targets and pipeline health
• Leading complex contract negotiations and commercial discussions
• Engaging C-suite stakeholders within universities and government
• Building scalable sales processes and performance frameworks
• Collaborating closely with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
About you:
• Proven enterprise B2B sales leadership experience
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex institutional environments
• Experience selling SaaS, platforms, or strategic services into education or tertiary clients
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performing sales teams
• Strategic thinker with commercial discipline and forecasting rigour
