Senior Executive Leadership Role
Our State Government client is seeking an experienced and strategic technology leader to lead enterprise-wide digital and ICT services.
This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering technology strategy, ensuring secure, reliable, and future-focused ICT services that support organisational priorities and operational outcomes.
You will lead digital transformation initiatives across infrastructure, cyber security, applications, service delivery, cloud, and emerging technologies including AI, while driving innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and performance of enterprise ICT services
- Drive digital transformation and adoption of emerging technologies
- Strengthen cyber security, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Oversee enterprise architecture, governance, and technology standards
- Lead high-performing multidisciplinary technology teams
- Provide strategic advice to executives and stakeholders
- Manage significant ICT budgets, procurement, and vendor partnerships
- Represent the organisation in sector-wide ICT forums and initiatives
About You
You are a highly accomplished ICT executive with extensive experience leading complex enterprise technology environments. You bring:
- Strong strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement capability
- Proven experience delivering large-scale digital and technology transformation
- Expertise in cyber security, governance, cloud, and AI enablement
- Experience managing enterprise ICT operations, vendors, and budgets
- The ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business outcomes
- A collaborative leadership style that builds capability and drives performance
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines are highly regarded.

- Some out-of-hours work may be required
