Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated IAM Engineer to join the Enterprise Identity and Access Management Solution (EIAMS) team and play a key role on the project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions with ForgeRock.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expert technical advice, and deliver solutions aligned with industry best practices and security standards.
- Enhance solutions optimising for scalability, resilience, performance, and user experience.
- Support operational activities, including incident and bug investigation, platform maintenance, and releases. This may include participation in after-hours on-call support.
- Design and implement security controls across IAM capabilities such as Multi-Factor Authentication, Single Sign-On, and mobile authentication.
- Develop automation and integrations to improve capability and support continuous improvement.
Key experience needed to secure this role:
- Proven working experience with PingIDM, PingAM and PingDS, or any of the products previously known as ForgeRock. Familiarity with the ForgeOps model is highly desirable.
- Broader experience with IAM products, particularly in customizing them to meet client-specific requirements. Strong preference for candidates with IAM development experience, though experience in configuring IAM products with some exposure to development aspects is also valuable.
- Strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, WS-Trust).
