ILM Program Lead

Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure lifecycle and refresh programs across a large, distributed technology environment.

The Role
We’re seeking a delivery leader to plan, govern and execute a large-scale infrastructure lifecycle program. You’ll ensure technology assets remain secure, compliant and supported through structured refresh, remediation and optimisation initiatives, while managing risk, budget and stakeholders at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure lifecycle and refresh programs across multiple sites

• Develop and manage multi-year lifecycle roadmaps aligned to risk, vendor support and business priorities

• Own annual planning, budgeting and financial tracking

• Provide governance oversight, risk management and executive reporting

• Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors to deliver on scope, time and budget

• Ensure compliance with security, audit and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure or technology refresh programs

• Strong financial, governance and risk management capability

• Experience operating in complex, multi-site environments

• Vendor and stakeholder management at senior/executive level

• Ability to translate technical delivery into clear business outcomes
