SEEKING ICT TECHNICAL ANALYST

We’re seeking an experienced ICT Technical Analyst to support a large, complex ICT environment within the public sector. You’ll be working as part of a technical services team to improve service delivery, enhance Agile practices, and uplift documentation, processes, and collaboration frameworks.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, cross-functional environments and enjoys driving improvements in service operations, workflows, and technical documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the implementation and facilitation of Agile practices and ceremonies
• Design and document technical workflows and process flows
• Create and maintain visual diagrams to support service delivery models
• Develop and maintain service catalogues and service frameworks
• Produce high-quality documentation using Confluence and/or SharePoint
• Conduct technical analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Promote collaboration across technical and business teams
• Establish knowledge-sharing practices and contribute to a community of practice
• Assess team technical maturity and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a similar Technical Analyst or Consultant role
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ICT service environments
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly resources
• Experience working in large or government organisations (desirable)
