We are seeking an experienced IAM System Integrator to join our team and help deliver secure, scalable identity and access management solutions. This role will focus on integrating IAM platforms with enterprise systems, bridging business requirements with technical delivery, and ensuring compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
• Onboard applications via SCIM, including custom/non-standard systems.
• Build and maintain integrations using Microsoft Entra ID Governance, PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Implement identity lifecycle management, entitlement management, and role/catalogue designs.
• Configure authentication and federation protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed.
• Ensure tenant governance including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, MFA, SSPR, and Passwordless authentication.
• Deliver HR-driven provisioning using Workday, SAP, or Oracle with complex attribute mappings.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands on experience with end-to-end IGA/IAM implementation such as (SailPoint, Okta, Ping, Dell One Identity, or similar).
• Experience implementing Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
• Experience integrating 10–20 applications via SCIM, including custom setups.
• Strong understanding of identity APIs, automation (PowerShell, Azure Functions), and low-code integration tools.
• Experience in complex identity environments, preferably in the energy sector or Operational Technology systems.
• Solid knowledge of directory synchronization, attribute governance, and entitlement management.
