SEEKING INSIGHTS BUSINESS ANALYST
We are seeking an experienced Insights or Business Intelligence Business Analyst to join a large and complex program delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable reporting and insights within a structured data environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Analysing and documenting business intelligence and reporting requirements
- Working with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, targets and dimensions
- Translating business needs into clear reporting and analytical specifications
- Supporting user acceptance testing, validation and training activities
- Writing report specifications for reporting and BI teams
- Ensuring delivered reports meet agreed standards and business expectations
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of four years experience working as an Insights or BI Business Analyst
- Proven experience within enterprise data warehousing and business intelligence environments
- Strong capability in defining and documenting reporting requirements end to end
- Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders
- Hands on experience using Power BI or similar tools for report mock ups and user experience definition
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
