Integration Architect - Baseline Clearance Required

Integration Architect required for a contract role through to May 2027, with strong extension potential.

Location: Melbourne or Canberra (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Requirement: Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver system integrations across applications and platforms
  • Build and support APIs, middleware, and messaging solutions
  • Implement integration patterns (sync/async, event-driven)
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and BAs
  • Ensure performance, security, and reliability of integrations
  • Develop integration documentation and interface specs
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and support deployments
  • Drive improvements in integration standards and tooling

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years in integration or middleware engineering
  • Strong API and integration services experience
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.
  • Knowledge of REST, SOAP, messaging, and event-driven architecture
  • Cloud and hybrid integration experience
  • CI/CD and DevOps exposure
