Intune Platform SME – Design & Build - NV1 Required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Platform SME to lead the detailed design, build, configuration and validation of the Intune platform supporting enterprise Windows and mobile endpoints.

You will work closely with architecture, SOE, identity, security and deployment teams to establish a secure and scalable endpoint management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and build of the Microsoft Intune platform.
• Configure device enrolment, restrictions, profiles and administrative controls.
• Design and implement Windows Autopilot provisioning and deployment.
• Configure device configuration, compliance and endpoint security policies.
• Integrate Intune with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and Defender for Endpoint.
• Configure RBAC, scope tags and platform governance.
• Manage application deployment, updates, monitoring and reporting.
• Support Windows, mobile and approved endpoint device management.
• Lead testing, troubleshooting and configuration validation.
• Provide technical guidance to SOE, application, security and deployment teams.
• Produce technical designs, documentation and operational procedures.
• Support transition and handover to operational support teams.

• Endpoint security, compliance and least-privilege administration.
• Enterprise endpoint transformation from design through to operational transition.
