What you will do
- Make IT systems more reliable and plan ahead to prevent problems
- Create dashboards and reports to show how systems are performing
- Help plan for disasters or outages so services can recover quickly
- Test recovery plans, learn from them, and make improvements
- Work with technical teams to understand system design and capacity needs
- Explain technical information in simple words to non-technical people
Experience and skills
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL, or practical experience in service continuity
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills – can explain technical things in simple terms
- Experience in large organisations or government environments
- Curious, willing to learn, and good at connecting people, processes, and technology
