Job Title: Automation & Orchestration Tools Analyst (Junior)
Location: Melbourne, Brisbane, or Canberra (Hybrid)
Contract: 12 months
Clearance: Australian Citizen with NV1 (Baseline considered)

Overview:
We’re seeking a Junior Automation & Orchestration Tools Analyst to support the transition of automation tools from an external provider to internal teams and assist with ongoing configuration and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support transition and handover of automation/orchestration tools

  • Assist with configuration and maintenance of tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, Kubernetes)

  • Help develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and documentation

  • Support orchestration workflows, monitoring, and incident troubleshooting

  • Work closely with IT and DevOps teams

Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2 years’ experience with automation/orchestration tools

  • Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices

  • Basic scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)

  • Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Strong communication and documentation skills
