My client is seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager who can organise information, improve processes, train teams, and ensure that knowledge is utilised effectively and efficiently across the business.
Responsibilities
- Create and update knowledge articles (guides, FAQs, procedures)
- Make sure information is clear, up to date, and easy to find
- Improve how knowledge is written, stored, and shared
- Ensure teams follow knowledge processes and flag issues when needed
- Communicate updates when processes or policies change
- Find ways to improve efficiency and fix what isn’t working
- Track usage and quality of knowledge using simple reports and metrics
- Organise knowledge in systems and repositories
- Share knowledge through training sessions, portals, and workshops
- Collect best practices and ideas from teams and add them to the knowledge base
- Use digital tools to manage and share information effectively
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience as a Knowledge Manager or Knowledge Lead
- Experience working in a large or complex organisation
- Strong skills in organising and managing information
- Experience creating and delivering training
- Comfortable working with large amounts of information
- Familiar with knowledge management tools and platforms
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
