Knowledge Management Officer – ICT
Help make ICT information clear, accessible and easy to use.
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Knowledge Management Officer to join our client's ICT team. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who enjoys turning complex technical information into clear, engaging and accessible content for a range of audiences.
You will play a key role in managing and improving knowledge across internal and customer-facing platforms, working closely with technical subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, relevant, accessible and easy to understand.
About the role
As the Knowledge Management Officer, you will manage the full lifecycle of ICT knowledge content — from creation and review through to updating and retirement. You will also support customer communications, knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuous improvement across ICT services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop, review and maintain ICT support documentation.
- Write, edit and refine content using plain English and accessibility principles.
- Ensure documentation aligns with corporate communication standards and is tailored to diverse audiences.
- Manage internal and customer-facing knowledge bases and respond to content feedback.
- Apply knowledge and information management practices to regularly review, update and retire content.
