Lead Business Analyst (Contract) - Baseline Clearance Required
Lead Business Analyst required for a contract role through to September 2026, with strong extension potential.
Location:
Melbourne (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Requirement:
Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business & technical requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with developers, architects, and testers
- Produce functional specs, process flows, and data models
- Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and prioritisation
- Assist with testing, UAT, and requirement traceability
- Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder alignment
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in application development, integrations, APIs, data flows
- Agile delivery experience
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
