Lead / Senior Developer

📍 Melbourne CBD (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)
🕒 4–6 Month Contract (Likely Extension)

We are seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Developer to join a large-scale enterprise project. This role will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying high-performance data streaming and ETL solutions within a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end application design, build, testing, and deployment

• Develop and manage stateful stream processing solutions

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines for complex data scenarios

• Manage scheduling and orchestration workflows

• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of data solutions

Required Experience:

• 7–10 years’ development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Flink(stateful stream processing)

• Strong Python development skills (including PySpark)

• Experience with Airflow(DAGs, SLAs, retries, backfills)

• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
