Lead Test Automation Engineer – Web & Mobile
VIC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead Test Automation Engineer
to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a technical leader with a passion for designing and enhancing robust automation frameworks across web and mobile platforms. You'll work at the forefront of digital transformation, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure high-quality product releases in an Agile environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks
across web and mobile applications.
- Build and enhance regression test suites
supporting multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with scrum teams, architects, product owners, and tech leads
to define test automation scope.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines
and Agile workflows.
- Lead and mentor a team of automation testers, ensuring consistent application of best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Clearance: Must be an Australian Citizen eligible for Baseline Security Clearance
- 5+ years
of proven leadership in test automation, with hands-on experience designing and updating automation frameworks.
- Strong experience with Puppeteer
for web automation.
- Proficiency in Selenium frameworks
using Java or C#.
- Familiarity with mobile app development
tools such as Xamarin
and .NET MAUI.
- Understanding of mobile test automation tools
and strategies.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks
such as Next.js, React, and backend Node.js/.NET services.
- Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks(e.g., Cucumber).
- Prior experience with Sitecore Experience Platform (XP)
and Sitecore Content Hub.
