Level 2 IT Support Engineer
📍 Darwin CBD | 12-Month Contract | Onsite (Mon–Fri)
We are seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support in a structured enterprise environment. This is a 12-month contract with strong extension potential.
Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for incidents and service requests

Manage tickets end-to-end (resolution & documentation)

Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
-
Administer Active Directory and Azure MFA
-
Support mobile devices (Android & Apple)
-
Manage devices via Intune/SCCM
-
Troubleshoot hardware, network connectivity, and print devices
-
Support voice and video conferencing platforms
-
Ensure SLA adherence
Required Experience
-
Strong Windows 10/11 & M365 support experience
-
Experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tool)
-
Active Directory & Azure MFA knowledge
-
Intune and/or SCCM experience
-
Solid troubleshooting and customer service skills
