Licensing Specialist:

• Initial 3 months contract with chance of extension
• Based in Perth

We are seeking a Digital M&A Contracting & Licensing Support professional to focus on managing digital contracting activities and executing software licensing procurement to support a smooth operational transition.

Key Responsibilities

Contracting Support

• Clarify and confirm the scope of required digital contracts in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with Digital Commercial & Procurement (C&P) teams to ensure timely contract and license agreement reviews.
• Track contract milestones and ensure timely purchases, renewals, or license uplifts.

Licensing Execution

• Execute software licensing activities aligned to the agreed digital licensing strategy
• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of business operations.
• Confirm licensing scope and assess requirements against the existing license inventory.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

• Collaborate with the Project Licensing Lead, project team, Digital stakeholders, and Procurement teams.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, decision materials, and status updates for leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of decisions, risks, and actions, including updates to licensing tools and systems.
