Join a leading global consulting organisation and play a key role in providing high-quality onsite MacOS and desktop support to a fast-paced professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT support specialist who has strong knowledge and experience with MacOS and Apple devices.
You’ll be part of a high-performing end-user support team responsible for providing Level 2 and Level 3 desktop support. Your role will cover everything from IMAC activities and in-person troubleshooting to maintaining and optimising MacOS environments for business-critical users.
This position is based onsite five days per week in the Sydney CBD, supporting a dynamic and technology-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person IMAC and desktop support across three key offices, including floor walking, new desk setups, Wi-Fi testing, and workplace changes.
- Provide hands-on support for hardware and software incidents that cannot be resolved by the Level 1 or L1.5 support teams.
- Handle device configuration, software installations, and re-installations in person.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding support requests.
- Implement and maintain IT asset management policies and procedures in line with ITIL standards.
- Provide advanced (Level 3) technical assistance for MacOS systems, including diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain MacOS operating systems and associated applications.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent standards and practices across the organisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience providing Level 3 MacOS desktop support in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of MacOS operating systems, applications, and hardware, including deployment and remote support tools.
- Hands-on experience with JAMF for device management and configuration.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) are highly regarded.
- Must be willing to work onsite five days per week in the Sydney CBD.
