Are you passionate about helping organisations embrace cloud technologies and transform the way they work? We're seeking an experienced Manager – Cloud Change & Adoption to play a pivotal role in a major cloud transformation initiative.

About the Role

As the Manager – Cloud Change & Adoption, you will lead the organisational adoption of cloud capabilities by developing change strategies, fostering collaboration across technical teams, and ensuring new ways of working are successfully embedded.

Working closely with senior leadership, program teams, and stakeholders, you'll help shape cloud foundations, improve operational maturity, and enable teams to maximise the value of cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cloud change and adoption initiatives across complex enterprise technology environments.
• Champion modern, cloud-ready ways of working aligned with Agile, Product, and DevOps principles.
• Partner with technology leaders to identify, implement, and embed process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies that build organisational capability.
• Work alongside Change and Release teams to establish effective governance and cloud operating practices.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to executive stakeholders on cloud transformation opportunities.
• Measure adoption outcomes and continuously improve change initiatives through data-driven insights.

About You

You are a strategic change leader who thrives on bringing people, processes, and technology together. You can influence at all levels, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and translate transformational initiatives into practical, sustainable outcomes.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience leading technology change, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise adoption initiatives.
• Experience working across traditional IT operations, service management, cloud, Agile, Product, and modern delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of organisational change, governance, process improvement, and transformation.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and workshop delivery skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Understanding of project, program, and change management methodologies, including Agile and iterative delivery.

Highly Regarded

Experience in any of the following will be advantageous:

• Cloud transformation or cloud implementation programs.
• DevOps or DevSecOps environments.
• Government or large enterprise ICT environments.
• Change management or process improvement certifications.
• Agile certifications or related qualifications.
