We are seeking a Network Engineer to play a vital role in delivering and maintaining cutting-edge infrastructure within a dynamic enterprise environment.

What You Will Do
Support the delivery of network infrastructure projects, providing expert Level 2 and Level 3 support for network incidents and service requests. Monitor and optimise network health, performance, and availability, ensuring seamless connectivity across enterprise and operational technology networks. Collaborate within project teams to assist in design, deployment, testing, and change management activities, while contributing to continuous improvements through automation and process enhancement. Maintain detailed technical documentation and perform peer reviews to uphold best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong fundamentals in networking with expert knowledge of BGP, OSPF, Spanning Tree Protocol, ARP, Ethernet, routing and switching technologies.
- Proven hands-on experience with Cisco Routing and Switching, Cisco Nexus platforms, Enterprise Wireless technologies, and Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Experience with VXLAN, advanced OSPF, BGP, route redistribution, and complex network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with network security best practices, patch management, compliance, Change Management, and IT Service Management processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, document thoroughly, and collaborate effectively within teams.
- Willingness to participate in after-hours maintenance as necessary.
Experience
- Experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical network environments.
- Relevant Cisco certifications such as CCNA or higher (highly desirable).
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) is advantageous.
- ITIL Foundation certification is preferred
